Abhijeet Kadam is a seasoned human resources and organizational leadership professional currently serving as Senior Director – HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Flipkart’s logistics and supply chain businesses, including non-large logistics and Ekart/4PL operations. In this strategic role, he leads HR strategy and execution across critical functional units, aligning talent development, performance frameworks, and organizational effectiveness with Flipkart’s rapid growth and evolving business needs in one of India’s largest e-commerce ecosystems.

At Flipkart, Abhijeet has held progressive HR leadership roles, including Director – HRBP for City Logistics, where he was instrumental in shaping people-centric initiatives that support frontline operations, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive cultural excellence within complex, fast-paced logistics operations. His work underscores the vital role of HR in enhancing employee experience, fostering agile organizational structures, and enabling sustained business performance.

Before joining Flipkart, Abhijeet built deep expertise across human resources transformation, employee relations, and organizational design through senior positions with leading corporations such as Reliance Industries, where he served as Vice President – HR & IR Transformation, and Unilever, where he held multiple HR leadership roles spanning employee relations, HR headships, and strategic people initiatives.
