Before leading the firm’s strategic growth initiatives, he worked in senior roles with global consulting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Ernst & Young (EY), where he advised clients on complex issues such as foreign direct investment (FDI) policy, India-entry strategy, cross-border tax structuring, transfer pricing, mergers & acquisitions, fund structuring, and regulatory compliance—helping organizations navigate challenging business environments and regulatory landscapes.
