Col. Tarun Vohra is a seasoned human resources leader and former Indian Army officer who currently serves as Vice President & Head – Human Resources, IR, and Administration at Lumax World. In this role, he leads people strategy, organizational culture, industrial relations, and workforce development for one of India’s major automotive component groups.

Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Col. Vohra had a distinguished career in the Indian Army, rising to the rank of Colonel. During his military service, he held leadership roles in operations, procurement, logistics, and human resource management, including assignments as a commanding officer and as a staff officer in a United Nations mission, where he worked on improving operational and supply-chain efficiency.

After moving into industry, he held senior operational and people-management roles in major organizations. His corporate experience includes leadership positions at Amazon, where he oversaw operational and delivery support functions, and later at Blinkit, contributing to people operations and organizational leadership initiatives.
