Deepak Goel is an experienced supply chain and operations professional who serves as Director – Supply Chain at Bausch + Lomb India. In this role, he oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and distribution for the company’s ophthalmic products across the Indian market. His work focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, product availability, and regulatory compliance in a highly quality-sensitive healthcare and medical-device environment.

With extensive experience in supply chain management, Goel has built a career in integrated supply chain planning, logistics optimization, and operational transformation within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. At Bausch + Lomb, he contributes to strengthening supply resilience, improving demand forecasting, and implementing digital and data-driven supply chain practices to support the company’s growing eye-care portfolio in India.

Prior to his current leadership role, he held multiple positions in supply chain management within the broader Bausch Health Companies group, progressing through roles such as Supply Chain Manager and Senior Manager before leading supply chain operations. Earlier in his career, he worked in engineering and project roles at companies including Samsung Electronics and Hindustan Unilever, gaining experience in manufacturing and operational processes.

Academically, Goel holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Regional Engineering College (now NIT Kurukshetra) and an MBA from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, with additional international exposure through academic study at Università Bocconi, Italy.
