Mani Bhushan is a seasoned business and supply chain leader serving as Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Ekart, the logistics and supply chain subsidiary of Flipkart. In this role, he is responsible for driving Ekart’s business growth, strategic partnerships, and expansion of end-to-end logistics solutions for enterprises across India’s rapidly evolving e-commerce and retail ecosystem.

At Ekart, Bhushan leads initiatives aimed at transforming the company into a full-scale logistics platform serving both internal and external clients. Under his leadership, the company has significantly expanded its services beyond supporting Flipkart and Myntra to providing integrated logistics, warehousing, and supply chain solutions for hundreds of brands and enterprises across industries. The organization has witnessed substantial growth in recent years, with revenue increasing nearly tenfold and its client base expanding dramatically as Ekart strengthens its position as a leading logistics provider in India.

With more than two decades of experience in operations, logistics, and business development, Bhushan has built a diverse career spanning retail, e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Ekart in 2022, he held senior leadership roles at Blue Dart, where he led the e-commerce and surface logistics business with full profit-and-loss responsibility. Earlier in his career, he worked with organizations such as HomeShop18, Inkfruit, L’Oréal India, and Spencer’s Retail, gaining extensive expertise in supply chain strategy, logistics transformation, and operational excellence.

Bhushan began his professional journey in the Merchant Navy as a marine engineer, an experience that provided him with a strong foundation in engineering discipline and operational management. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering & Research Institute, Kolkata, and an MBA from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon.
