Monika Saxena is a seasoned strategy and business leader with more than 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning entrepreneurship, consulting, organizational development, and strategic leadership. She currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at RevFin Services Pvt. Ltd., a New Delhi-headquartered fintech and EV-financing platform that delivers digital lending solutions to underserved and new-to-credit customers across India, with a special focus on electric vehicle financing and inclusive financial access.

In her role as CSO, Monika is responsible for shaping and executing RevFin’s long-term business strategy, driving organizational growth, and aligning the company’s core strategic priorities with market opportunities in the rapidly evolving EV financing sector. Since her appointment in 2022, she has played a pivotal role in driving initiatives that support talent acquisition, strategic planning, and operational excellence—including talent-strategy frameworks that underpin RevFin’s rapid scaling and hiring ambitions.

Before joining RevFin, Monika built a strong professional foundation as an entrepreneur and consultant, founding and leading her own training and consulting practice that focused on organizational capability building and leadership development. Her earlier career also includes leadership roles with global organizations such as American Express, Samsung, and NIIT, where she contributed to strategic business functions, learning and development, service delivery, and client engagement—equipping her with a rare blend of corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial insight.

Monika holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Indore University and a BSc (Physics Honours) from the University of Madras, academic credentials that complement her strategic orientation and analytical rigor.
