Navdeep Lamba is a seasoned business leader currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Deck Mount Electronics (Deckmount), a rapidly emerging Indian med-tech company focused on the development and manufacturing of advanced respiratory and sleep-care medical devices. With over three decades of experience across aviation, logistics, healthcare services, and strategic operations, he brings a unique cross-industry perspective to driving corporate strategy, operational growth, and business transformation within high-impact sectors.

At Deckmount, headquartered in Gurugram, Lamba plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term strategic roadmap as it expands its presence in the healthcare technology and medical equipment manufacturing space. The company develops and distributes products such as CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines, oxygen concentrators, and other respiratory care devices designed to diagnose and manage conditions like sleep-disordered breathing and chronic respiratory illnesses. In his role, he works closely with leadership to strengthen market positioning, drive strategic partnerships, and accelerate innovation within India’s rapidly evolving med-tech ecosystem.

Before joining Deckmount, Lamba held several senior leadership roles across aviation, logistics, and healthcare sectors. He served as Vice President – Cargo & Logistics at SpiceJet, where he was responsible for strengthening cargo operations and building logistics capabilities during a period of rapid growth in air cargo demand. Earlier, he held leadership positions with AirAsia India and IndiGo, where he oversaw airport operations, customer service, and international operational frameworks across multiple regions. His global exposure also includes early-career roles with Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where he developed strong expertise in aviation operations and service excellence.

Lamba has also contributed to the healthcare and diagnostics ecosystem through leadership roles at Pathstore, including serving as Chief Executive Officer and earlier as Chief Operating Officer for its India operations, where he supported the expansion of diagnostic and healthcare delivery services.
