Before being elevated as CEO in September 2024, he served as Chief Strategy Officer, where he played a pivotal role in defining long-term business priorities, expanding the company’s transformation portfolio, and strengthening its industry-led consulting approach. His core expertise spans digital transformation, business strategy, service delivery, technical pre-sales, program management, and enterprise solution architecture.

A technology leader with a strong academic foundation, Naidu holds an M.Tech from a premier National Institute of Technology. Over the years, he has developed deep specialization in BSS/OSS transformation, billing innovation, revenue management, mobility applications, operations intelligence, and IT automation. His work has consistently focused on aligning technology investments with measurable business outcomes such as cost optimization, revenue maximization, and customer lifecycle value enhancement.
