Nitin Behl is a seasoned logistics executive with more than 25 years of industry experience, currently serving as Regional Head – North & East and Head of Pan-India Operations at Allcargo Terminals Ltd., a key subsidiary of Allcargo Logistics Ltd., one of India’s leading integrated logistics and multimodal freight operators. In this strategic leadership role, Nitin drives operational excellence, business expansion, and service optimization across container freight stations (CFS) and inland container depot (ICD) networks in India’s northern and eastern regions, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives and customer-centric performance benchmarks.

Mr. Behl joined Allcargo in 2011 following a successful tenure at APM Terminals, bringing strong expertise in logistics operations, project execution, and multimodal freight solutions to his current mandate. Over his long career in the logistics sector, he has played a pivotal role in establishing and managing Allcargo’s joint-venture CFS with CONCOR at Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, an initiative that strengthened the company’s strategic presence in container handling and inland freight facilitation.

Recognized for his ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex logistics operations, Nitin has also contributed to thought leadership on digital transformation in CFS operations—including published insights on the need for technology adoption to enhance cargo station efficiencies. His leadership reflects a commitment to scaling asset-light, technology-enabled logistics services that support customer growth, export-import facilitation, and overall supply chain resilience in India’s rapidly evolving logistics ecosystem.

Under his stewardship, Allcargo Terminals continues to strengthen its pan-India footprint, improve operational performance, and align regional execution with global best practices in freight handling and multimodal logistics services.
