Pankaj Kalass is a seasoned human resources and people operations strategist currently serving as Head of People Operations at Delhivery Ltd., one of India’s largest integrated logistics and supply chain companies. Based out of Gurugram, he leads the company’s talent, organizational development, and people-centric initiatives that enable Delhivery to attract, retain, and develop high-impact talent at scale—aligning workforce strategy with rapid business growth across diverse logistics functions and service lines.

Pankaj’s career reflects more than a decade of leadership across HR, operations, and strategy roles in high-performance organizations. Before joining Delhivery in February 2021, he served as regional HR leader for North India at Amazon, where he was responsible for driving talent acquisition, engagement, and performance programs in complex, fast-paced operations. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Industrybuying.com and Myntra, where he contributed to building customer-focused operations and marketplace fulfillment teams, refining his ability to scale organizational capabilities through data-driven people practices.

Pankaj holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and began his career in general management roles, including with MetLife and GE Capital, where he developed foundational skills in organizational performance and customer experience.
