My story is of a dreamer and achiever. I may introduce myself as a HR Professional with diverse experience across various sectors, Chemical & Fertilizers, Infrastructure, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Packaging and Integrated Logistics. Successfully laid down the foundation and stablised the HR Value Chain in two greenfield sites and at the largest onshore oil field in South Asia. Played the role of change agent for Org Transformation initiatives. Successfully delivered special projects in L&D, Performance Management and Organisation Restructuring. Started professional career at the age of 21 by joining Indian Army as commissioned officer, turning point was commanding a company of 180 soldiers as a 22 year old young officer and later a stint with United Nations in Congo Africa. Rebooted professional career by moving towards Human Resource Management.
