Vikash Shekhar is a senior logistics and supply chain leader currently serving as P&L Head – North, East, Northeast & SAARC at V-Trans (India) Ltd., where he is responsible for driving business performance, regional expansion, and operational excellence across some of the company’s most strategically significant markets. With over three decades of experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management, he brings deep expertise in managing large-scale, multi-regional operations and building high-growth business units.

In his current role, Shekhar oversees profit and loss responsibilities for key geographies, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, network expansion, and service quality across India and neighboring SAARC markets. His mandate includes strengthening the company’s presence in high-demand logistics corridors, enhancing multimodal capabilities, and aligning regional operations with the broader strategic vision of V-Trans, a six-decade-old logistics organization offering integrated services across PTL, FTL, warehousing, and 3PL solutions.

His leadership has been instrumental in driving regional growth initiatives, particularly in North and East India, which are critical to India’s manufacturing and consumption ecosystems. He has played a key role in scaling operations, improving turnaround efficiency, and strengthening customer-centric logistics solutions in these markets.

Prior to this role, Shekhar served as Chief Executive Officer at ATC Logistical Solutions and held senior leadership positions at organizations such as eSys Technologies and VRL Logistics, where he led supply chain, operations, and business transformation initiatives. His earlier stint at V-Trans as a profit centre head further strengthened his understanding of the company’s operational DNA and growth drivers.
