Rajeev Bhardwaj is a seasoned human resources and management information systems expert with nearly four decades of leadership experience in India’s logistics, supply chain, and public sector enterprises. He currently serves as Executive Director – MIS & HR at Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR), the Miniratna public-sector logistics giant under the Ministry of Railways responsible for containerized multimodal freight operations across the country. In this strategic role, he leads enterprise-wide human capital strategy, organizational transformation, and technology-enabled management information systems that support CONCOR’s operational efficiency and growth objectives.

Mr. Bhardwaj joined CONCOR in 1988 and has risen through roles of increasing responsibility, including Group General Manager, before being appointed Executive Director in January 2022. His broad experience encompasses human resources management, talent development, organizational change, and corporate governance in complex operational environments—skills that have been pivotal in strengthening workforce alignment and systems-driven decision-making at one of India’s most strategic logistics enterprises.
