Rajeev Mittal is a seasoned supply chain and logistics professional who has served as assistant vice president – warehouse & logistics at Campus Activewear Limited, one of India’s leading sports and athleisure footwear brands. With nearly two decades of experience spanning retail, e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing, he has built a strong reputation for designing efficient distribution ecosystems and driving operational excellence across large-scale supply chain networks.

At Campus Activewear, Mittal has been responsible for strengthening the company’s warehousing and logistics infrastructure, ensuring seamless product movement from manufacturing facilities to warehouses and retail channels across the country. His work has focused on optimizing distribution networks, improving warehouse productivity, and enabling faster market responsiveness to support the rapid growth of one of India’s most dynamic footwear brands.

Before joining Campus Activewear, Mittal held key leadership roles across some of the most influential companies in India’s retail and e-commerce ecosystem. He served as General Manager – Business Fulfillment at Reliance Retail, where he contributed to strengthening fulfillment operations and distribution efficiency across large-scale retail networks. Earlier, he was Senior Manager – Supply Chain Operations at Delhivery, playing an important role in logistics operations for one of India’s fastest-growing logistics technology companies. His career also includes experience with Amazon as Program Manager for Operations & ACES, where he worked on process improvement, operational efficiency, and performance management across supply chain operations.

Mittal began his professional journey in engineering and manufacturing roles at companies such as Bosch and Denso, building a strong foundation in process engineering and operational systems.

Academically, he holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, and a Bachelor of Engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur. Combining technical expertise with operational leadership, Rajeev Mittal continues to drive supply chain innovation, logistics efficiency, and scalable distribution strategies in India’s rapidly evolving retail and consumer goods landscape.
