Samrat Sehgal is a distinguished supply chain leader currently serving as Global Supply Chain Head at Dabur India Limited, where he leads the organization’s global supply chain strategy and operations across multiple markets and product categories. With more than two decades of experience in supply chain management, he has developed deep expertise in integrated planning, procurement, logistics, distribution, and supply chain transformation within large consumer goods and pharmaceutical businesses.

In his leadership role at Dabur, Sehgal oversees the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies that support the company’s global manufacturing network and extensive distribution footprint. His work focuses on strengthening operational efficiency, improving service levels, and embedding digital technologies and advanced analytics into supply chain planning and logistics operations. Through these initiatives, he contributes to enhancing supply chain resilience, sustainability, and responsiveness in a fast-evolving consumer goods environment.

Before assuming global leadership responsibilities, Sehgal served in key supply chain roles within Dabur, including heading the company’s India supply chain and procurement functions. During this period, he led major initiatives in demand planning, warehouse modernization, inventory optimization, and integrated sales and operations planning (S&OP), helping streamline operations and support the company’s growth across domestic and international markets.

Earlier in his career, he held significant roles with globally recognized organizations, including Reckitt Benckiser, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Ranbaxy Laboratories, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and Apollo Tyres. These roles enabled him to build extensive cross-industry experience in operations planning, procurement strategy, customer service, and logistics network management.

Sehgal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and a postgraduate qualification in supply chain management from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering.
