Saurabh Singla is a seasoned human capital and organizational transformation leader currently serving as Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) at Hexalog Technologies, a next-generation logistics and EXIM technology platform focused on simplifying cross-border trade through digital supply chain solutions. In this role, he works closely with the founders and leadership team to shape the company’s people strategy, leadership development, and organisational design as the company scales across global trade corridors.

With more than two decades of experience across global corporations and high-growth digital businesses, Singla has built a strong reputation for leading large-scale workforce transformation, leadership development, and culture building in complex and rapidly expanding organisations. At Hexalog, he focuses on strengthening leadership depth, fostering collaboration across teams, and embedding a culture of agility and innovation that supports the company’s expansion in the fast-evolving cross-border logistics and EXIM ecosystem.

Before joining Hexalog, Singla served as Chief Human Resources Officer at IndiaMART InterMESH, where he led initiatives aimed at workforce transformation, organisational capability development, and leadership alignment for one of India’s largest online B2B marketplaces. Earlier, he was Global Chief HR Officer at upGrad, playing a key role in shaping people strategy for a global workforce and supporting the company’s rapid international expansion.

His leadership experience also includes serving as Chief People Officer at Ecom Express, where he oversaw HR and safety functions for a workforce of more than 65,000 employees across thousands of locations. During this tenure, he led initiatives around digital capability building, diversity and inclusion, and leadership succession planning while helping strengthen the company’s organisational culture and operational resilience.

Earlier in his career, Singla held senior HR leadership roles at global organisations such as G4S and Rio Tinto, as well as with companies including Bharti Airtel, Whirlpool Corporation and Yum! Brands, building deep expertise in talent strategy, global recruitment operations, HR shared services, and organisational change management.

An alumnus of XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Singla has further strengthened his leadership credentials through executive education at Cornell University. Widely recognised for his strategic and people-first leadership approach, he continues to work at the intersection of organisational transformation, leadership coaching, and talent strategy—helping high-growth companies build resilient, purpose-driven, and high-performance cultures.
