Shri Shankar Shinde is a respected logistics and freight-forwarding industry leader with extensive experience in customs broking, international freight, and trade facilitation, recognized for his long-standing contributions to India’s logistics ecosystem through his leadership roles with the Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI)—the apex body representing customs brokers and freight forwarders across the country. FFFAI plays a pivotal role in policy advocacy, capacity building, and industry-government engagement, representing over 30 member associations and more than 6,500 allied members in the freight-forwarding community.

Shri Shinde has served as chairman and immediate past chairman of FFFAI, contributing strategic direction to the federation during multiple terms.
